We are court-appointed Class Counsel in the Johnson v. Stoneridge Creek Pleasanton CCRC LLC case, which relates to the Stoneridge Creek Pleasanton community. On March 17, 2025, the Alameda County Superior Court certified a class action lawsuit on behalf of “all Stoneridge Creek residents, or their legal representatives if deceased, who resided at Stoneridge Creek at any time between December 2, 2017, and the date on which a final judgment is entered.” Below are links to the operative complaint in this action as well as other relevant documents concerning class certification.
