Clement L. Glynn graduated Order of the Coif from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 1973, where he served as a member and Note and Comment Editor on the Hastings Law Journal. He became a partner in Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro in 1981 and in 1986 became managing partner at Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro's Walnut Creek office before starting the firm in 1991. He specializes in complex commercial litigation, including products liability, environmental, employment, toxic torts, oil and gas, franchise, real estate and business torts. Mr. Glynn has tried more than 50 cases to verdict in various courts in California and other States.
